Teen Finally Nabbed By Baltimore Police For Attempting To Kill A Man Last April

A teenage boy has finally been caught in connection to a shooting in Baltimore last April, authorities say.

Michael Simms, 18, was arrested Tuesday, July 5 on the 800 block of Glade Court after allegedly shooting a 27-year-old man on April 23, according to Baltimore Police.

Simms allegedly shot the victim after an argument around 4:16 a.m., on the 4100 block of 6th Street.

Police arrived at the scene that April morning to find the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the right arm, and transported him to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Simms has been charged with first-degree attempted murder.
